1 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain a 1111ba account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a 1111ba account closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme through the 1111ba responsible gaming tools.
• The personal information you provide during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will promptly notify 1111ba of any changes to your registered personal details.

1111ba reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason for the refusal.

2 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1111ba account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed, games played, and deposits made — is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 1111ba support immediately via the email address listed on this site. 1111ba cannot reverse bets or game outcomes that occurred before you reported a security concern.

3 Deposits & Payment Methods

1111ba accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

You may only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own legal name and that you are lawfully authorised to use. 1111ba employs SSL encryption on all payment transaction pages. However, the platform accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your payment method that occurs outside of the 1111ba platform environment.

• Deposits are generally credited to your 1111ba wallet within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• In cases where a deposit is delayed, you should contact support with your payment reference number.
• 1111ba does not charge deposit processing fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Chargeback requests made through your bank or mobile wallet provider in respect of legitimate gambling transactions are considered a breach of these Terms.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your 1111ba account are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have fully completed any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into your account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise specified.
• 1111ba targets processing of withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours for mobile wallet withdrawals, subject to verification requirements.
• 1111ba reserves the right to request identity verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal. Requested documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where 1111ba has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1111ba offers promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback schemes, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions unless a specific offer explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) will be stated in each offer's terms. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money stakes, not additional bonus funds.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Only the net winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirement become withdrawable.
• 1111ba reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, where it has grounds to suspect abuse or where an error in the offer terms has been identified.
• Players found to be abusing bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, bet hedging designed to lock in a risk-free profit, or systematic exploitation of offer mechanics — will have bonus winnings voided and may have their accounts closed.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the 1111ba sportsbook and all gameplay on casino games are subject to the following rules:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where expressly permitted by the specific game or sportsbook rules.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect outcome being displayed, 1111ba reserves the right to void the relevant bet or game round and return the original stake to the player's wallet.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or the relevant tournament authority). 1111ba accepts no liability for results that differ from live broadcast information due to broadcast delay.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion. 1111ba reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time.
• The use of automated betting software, scripts, bots, or any other tool that gives a player an unfair informational or speed advantage over other users or over the platform is strictly prohibited.

7 Responsible Gaming

1111ba is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Players aged 21 and above may access self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, session time reminders, and account cooling-off periods directly from their account settings. These tools are available at no cost and take effect immediately upon activation.

1111ba reserves the right to impose mandatory deposit limits or mandatory cooling-off periods on any account where the platform identifies indicators of problem gambling behaviour, without prior notice to the account holder.

8 Account Closure & Termination

You may request closure of your 1111ba account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

1111ba reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — without notice and without liability — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transaction patterns.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Use of the account by any person other than the registered account holder.
• Attempt to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets through collusion, software exploitation, or other unfair means.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance — including both deposited funds and bonus-derived winnings — may be voided at 1111ba's discretion.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1111ba excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds, profits, or opportunity arising from the use of the platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, sportsbook results, or technical interruptions.
• Interruptions or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical failures, or circumstances beyond 1111ba's reasonable control (including acts of nature, power outages, or third-party infrastructure failures).
• Losses arising from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Errors in odds or game mechanics that have been promptly corrected by the platform and where affected bets have been voided and stakes returned.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

1111ba collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and (where you have opted in) promotional communications.

11 Amendments to These Terms

1111ba reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Where changes to these Terms materially and adversely affect your rights as a player, 1111ba will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via your registered contact details. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

12 Governing Language & Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the governing language of this document. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from translation or interpretation into any other language, the English version shall prevail.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1111ba with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
